Flexibility to Cancel up to 48 hours before departure

Your clients have up to 48 hours before they sail to cancel and receive 100% Future Cruise Credit to use within one year from their original sailing date.  

• For cancellation within any phase of penalty, refunds will be issued as Future Cruise Credit (FCC) for the full cruise fare amount.
• In order to receive 100% FCC, the booking must be paid in full.
• For cancellation outside of penalty, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• If your client would like to like to cancel their cruise, there is no need to call us, just click HERE to access our automated system

 

Best Price or Best Offer

If the fare on your client's sailing is reduced or the promotion gets better, give us a call or speak to us via Live Chat and we’ll honour their choice right up to 48 hours before they sail.

• You must call us (you can also contact us via Live Chat) to request a change of price or promotion for your client.
• Guest may change their offer as many times as desired up to 48 hours before sailing.
• For bookings within final payment, any amounts owed will be refunded in the form of nonrefundable Onboard Credit, for bookings outside of final payment, any amounts owed will be refunded to the original form of cruise fare payment.
• Certain price programs will be excluded from the policy. See excluded pricing types below.
• The Free Flights to Europe Offer is not applicable for ‘Best Price Guarantee’ on existing bookings

 

Important Information

 

All existing bookings and new bookings on sailings up to September 30, 2022, booked on or before 31st March 2022 will qualify.

• For guests who have booked refundable airfare through Celebrity Cruises and wish to modify their sailing date, we will handle all re-accommodations and waive change fees.
• Bookings made with FCCs from suspended sailings will also benefit from the new Cruise With Confidence policy.
• All new and existing FCCs must be used on a sailing that departs on or before December 31, 2022 or within one year from the original sailing date, whichever is later.
• Certain promotions will be excluded from the policy. See excluded pricing types below.
